We have a work strategy based on the formation of alliances that are strengthened in spaces of training, expression, debate, advocacy, research and strategic communication.

International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF)
IPPF is a global healthcare provider and a leading advocate of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) for all.
Led by a courageous and determined group of women, IPPF was founded in 1952 at the Third International Planned Parenthood Conference. Today, we are a movement of 150 Member Associations and Collaborative Partners with a presence in over 146 countries.

Red Educación Popular de las Mujeres (REPEM)
It is a space for meeting, reflection and collective construction of identities as women and popular feminist educators, weavers of thought with a political commitment to public, free, secular, non-sexist, inclusive and non-discriminatory education for girls and women in Latin America and the Caribbean throughout life.

Federación Democrática Internacional de Mujeres (FDIM)
It was founded in Paris, in 1945, with the aim of defending peace and women’s rights and also creating better conditions for children.
Red de Juventudes Feministas de Bolivia
It is an alliance that envisions a world where all youth and adolescents can freely, autonomously and pleasurably exercise our sexual and reproductive rights, particularly free, legal, safe and free abortion and comprehensive sexuality education. It is part of the regional ACRO Youth alliance of IPPF.

Plataforma de Lucha Contra la Violencia hacia las Mujeres
It is an expression of the Bolivian women’s movement, independent of any political party, religious affiliation or business economic group. It works for the rights of women to live without violence and against all forms of gender, cultural, social, economic, religious, political, sexual, generational exclusion and discrimination, etc., within the framework of equity and social justice. The platform is made up of independent women, from local organizations and civil society institutions that articulate and unite to defend women’s rights.

Red de Salud de las Mujeres Latinoamericanas y del Caribe RSMLAC
It is an articulation of organizations and people from the women’s health movement whose mission is to promote health, the full exercise of human rights and citizenship of women, through a cultural, political, social transformation in the region and globally from a feminist perspective.

Consorcio Latinoamericano Contra el Aborto Inseguro (CLACAI)
It is an organization made up of activists, researchers, health service providers and professionals that contributes to the reduction of unsafe abortion in Latin America. It promotes access to information and modern and safe technologies within the framework of full respect for sexual and reproductive rights, from a gender and equity perspective.

Articulación Feminista Campaña 28 de Septiembre (AF C28)
It is present in the nine departments of Bolivia. Its main objective is to carry out enforcement actions and advocacy at a political, social and cultural level to achieve transformations in national norms that criminalize abortion and in social and cultural norms that criminalize women and people with the capacity to bear children who decide about their bodies, sexuality and reproduction.

Pacto Nacional por la Despenalización del Aborto en Bolivia
Articulation of more than one hundred activists and organizations that advocate for the recognition of free, legal, safe and free abortion as a right. It was founded in 2013 within the framework of the discussion of the Penal System Code and has a leading role in that process. Since then, it has carried out an advocacy, communication and mobilization strategy to achieve compliance with the Legal Interruption of Pregnancy (ILE) and progress towards Voluntary Interruption of Pregnancy in Bolivia. (IVE).
